Why is having a wheel alignment done important?

Imagine a world without any structure and alignment? Pretty “out of shape” I would assume. The same concept can be applied to your vehicle. Read on to find out more:

  1. Wheel alignment is part of standard vehicle maintenance that consists of adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the ground.
  2. The purpose of these adjustments is to reduce uneven tyre wear, and to ensure that the vehicle travel is straight and true (without pulling to the one side).
  3. Adjustments are usually made to a vehicles “Toe” or “Camber” settings and on rare cases also be made to “Castor” settings as well.
